Aktivitas pengguna Google diawasi FBI

 Bagi Anda yang menggunakan berbagai layanan Google nampaknya harus sedikit berhati-hati. Dikabarkan, FBI mengawasi setiap gerak-gerik Anda.
Seperti yang dilansir oleh Fox News (6/3), Google menyatakan sendiri bahwa sistem mereka sedang diawasi oleh badan investigasi federal, FBI.
FBI saat ini dikabarkan sedang menggunakan National Security Letters, sebuah bentuk penyadapan yang menerobos privasi pengguna secara menakutkan dan invasif.
Google juga menyebut bahwa aksi FBI ini merupakan yang pertama kali terjadi. Diyakini, aksi ini sendiri masih merupakan sebagian kecilnya saja, diyakini akan ada aksi yang lebih masif.
Berbagai pihak yang peduli akan hal ini sendiri bertanya-tanya mengapa FBI sampai melakukan hal tersebut. "Berbagai perhatian dan pertanyaan muncul berkaitan dengan penggunaan National Security Letters ini," ucap Dan Auerbach dan Eva Galperin, pendiri Electronic Frontier Foundation.
David Krate, jurnalis Wired, menjelaskan bahwa National Security Letters mungkin saja digunakan untuk memata-matai pelanggan Google secara rahasia. National Security Letters akan digunakan untuk mengambil berbagai data langganan dan penggunaan peralatan komunikasi elektronik.
Meski begitu, Krate meyakini bahwa penggunaan National Security Letters tidak akan bisa dipakai untuk mengetahui email atau daftar pencarian para pengguna di layanan Google. Hal ini dikarenakan penggunaan National Security Letters telah diatur sebelumnya dalam Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) dan dijelaskan lebih lanjut di Patriot Act.
Patriot Act dan National Security Letters sendiri kerap mengundang berbagai kritikan dari media di AS karena dianggap mengganggu kebebasan masyarakat. Untungnya, berkat negosiasi alot yang dilakukan oleh Google dan pemerintah, penggunaan dua kebijakan ini bisa dibatasi sehingga tidak terlalu mengganggu.

Cara untuk membuat suatu website bergoyang Harlem Shake cukup mudah. Anda hanya perlu menuliskan URL suatu situs ke bar tengah di HSMaker dan tekan tombol Shake. Lihat apa yang akan terjadi kemudian.

Membuat atau sekadar menonton rekaman video selama lima menit itu cukup melelahkan. Namun tidak dengan Harlem Shake, karena durasinya hanya 30 detik saja.
Itulah salah satu sebab kenapa Harlem Shake begitu cepat terkenal dalam waktu singkat. Semua orang bisa melakukannya.

Oknum POLISI yang tidak sepatutnya dicontoh

Tata tertib lalu lintas harus di hormati oleh siapapun, baik masyarakat bawah atau aparat pemerintah. Itu semua juga demi keselamatan para pengguna jalan.
Tertib lalu lintas selalu dipantau oleh aparat kepolisian bagian lalu lintas.
Setiap pelanggaran yang dilakukan masyarakat akan ditindak sesuai dengan pasal yang berlaku.  Untuk denda dalam setiap pelanggaran disesuaikan dengan bentuk kesalahan yang dilakukan dan undang-undang yang berlaku.
Aparat kepolisian sebagai panutan dan penegak disiplin lalu lintas mempunyai peran penting dalam pengamanan lalu lintas. Setiap ada pengendara yang melakukan kesalahan akan ditindak.
Tapi ada juga oknum polisi yang kurang disiplin dalam berkendara, mungkin lupa pasal yang pernah dibaca. Bisa juga melakukan karena 'terpaksa', sebab polisi yang menguasai lalu lintas dan tidak akan ada yang berani nilang.
Berikut beberapa trik oknum polisi yang tidak sepatutnya dicontoh oleh publik. Mereka seyogyanya juga perlu ditindak sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku, agar masyarakat tidak kehilangan respek terhadap mereka.

Polisi ini kayaknya sengaja untuk menembus marka, bisa juga karena buru-buru ke kantor. Saking terburu-buru jadi terlanjur melewati marka, meski itu hak pengguna jalan, saat rambu lalu lintas menyala merah.
Kayaknya polisi ini membutakan diri terhadap UU No 22 tahun 2009, atau jangan-jangan sudah buta warna!.

Padahal mengangkat Hp dan Sms, ketika berkendara merupakan pelanggaran lalu lintas, tapi tidak untuk pak polisi ini. Karena dia yang pegang surat tilang.

Diperkirakan plat nomor kendaraan pak polisi ini jatuh. Bisa juga sengaja motor bapak ini tidak dikasih plat nomor, sudah aman tidak ada yang nilang. Sebab Bapak tersebut tukang tilang.
Mungkin juga karena motornya baru jadi tanpa plat nomor, asal jangan dituduh penadah motor curian.

Polisi tidak pakai helm di jalan raya.

Polisi ini sengaja tidak menggunakan helm, karena dia dibonceng. Hal seperti itu merupakan pelanggaran yang disengaja.
Jangan mudah menganjurkan, menjalani sendiri itu lebih sulit.

POLISI Ikut masuk jalur busway

Polisi ini kalau mau membuat pelanggaran tidak sendirian, bersama pengendara lain dia menggunakan jalur bus way. Maklum, sebab menghindari kemacetan di Jakarta memang sangat sulit, alternatifnya gunakan jalur Bus way.
Tapi biasanya polisi itu yang mengatur lalu lintas biar tidak macet. Bapak ini malah lari dari kemacetan!.

Obama administration declares war on Catholic Church

The Obama administration has declared war on the Catholic Church and other Christian denominations in the US. The soon to be implemented "Affordable Care Act" has several provisions in it which will adversely affect religious organizations. The US government is requiring religious organizations to comply with this law, some of which violates their religious beliefs.

The law requires all employers to provide health insurance coverage for services such as abortion and birth control. Even if the employer is a religious organization, it will be required to provide these, under penalty of fine and or imprisonment. Before this law was passed, employers were allowed to choose the health care plans for their employees. Churches, Christian Hospitals and schools, chose not to provide these services which were contrary to their beliefs. Employees picked which plan suited their needs best. A woman over 50 need not pay for contraceptive or abortion services as she will probably not use them. No more choosing what is best for us or our families, now the US Government will tell us what health insurance we receive, and what each plan MUST provide.

The law passed by the Obama administration is nothing more than an attack on the Catholic Church and organized religion itself. The Affordable Care Act is an attempt by our government to weaken religious organizations, gain control over one seventh of the US economy, and get more people dependent on the US government for their daily needs. The fact that the Catholic Church is the largest provider of healthcare in America, outside of the US government, means nothing. It does not matter that the Catholic Church operates 600 hospitals and 1400 long term care and other facilities that provides health care regardless of a person's ability to pay. The Catholic Hospitals have operated freely for over 100 years in America, without ever having to compromise their religious beliefs.

This is just the beginning of the war on religious organizations and traditional values from our government. The president has come out and supported homosexual marriage as well. The US government is already pressuring military chaplains to marry homosexuals. Soon they will force Catholic and Christian schools to hire homosexual teachers or face discrimination charges.

It is such a shock to see the US government attacking the Church, while the Russian government defends it. The jailing of the Pussy Riot band for desecrating an Orthodox Church, the recent law passed by the Duma,  prohibiting homosexual propaganda aimed at children. Laws protecting the unborn are being passed, as well as removing government funding for some abortions.  These are positive signs for Russia. Many in the west will decry these acts, but they show that the Russian government is not afraid to defend the Church's position, not because of a religious preference, but because it is the right thing to do for a nation to prosper. It will help put Russia on solid footing for the future.  This is just the opposite of what is going on in the US at the present time.

The US became the richest country in the world because it allowed religious freedom, protected individual and property rights, and its laws and standards of behavior were based on traditional Judeo-Christian values. As a nation, we prospered for over 200 years because of this. In the last 40 years, we have abandoned these principles and look where we are now. We borrow hundreds of billions of dollars each year from many countries just to pay our expenses. Our nation is bankrupt financially and morally.  No nation on this earth was capable of destroying us militarily, so we have set out to destroy ourselves through moral decay, or as the late Senator Daniel Moynihan called it "Defining Deviancy Down".

When I was a young boy, we were taught in the Catholic Church to pray for the conversion of Russia from Communism. With the US government attacking our churches and religious organizations, maybe we should start asking the Russian people to pray for the conversion of America.

KPK: Anas 'singing' about scandal Century

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) invited former Democratic Party chairman Anas Urbaningrum, expose the Bank Century bailout scandal case. Commission welcomes with open arms Anas submit evidence related to the case which took losses of up to Rp 6.7 trillion.

"Yes, go ahead. All data that he knew besides this project (Hambalang). Feel free to be submitted to the Commission," said KPK spokesman Johan Budi SP during a press conference in his office, Jakarta, Monday (24/2)



Johan said that the evidence will be reviewed and validated by KPK investigators. If the evidence is in the form of documents, the validation of the investigator to prove whether it is original or not.

Then, if there are elements of that document evidence of corruption (TPK) or not. If it does contain elements of TPK, Johan said, it will be processed on the action through inquiry.

Previously, politician Yuddy Hanura Chrisnandy said Deputy House Speaker Priyo Budi Santoso already know some secrets about the Bank Century scandal.

According to him, the former Democratic Party chairman Anas Urbaningrum have presented data to the shocking, matter who the recipient of the Bank Century bailout funds flow amounted to Rp 6.7 trillion.

According Yuddy, he knows it as well as discussions with Priyo Anas Anas at home in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. In a speech last night, Anas promised would be a pioneer and will dismantle scandal flows Century Rp 6.7 trillion.

KPK Names Democratic Party Chair Anas a Suspect in Hambalang Case

Almost a year after his name was first mentioned in the Rp 2.5 trillion ($257 million) Hambalang sports center scandal, Democratic Party chairman Anas Urbaningrum was on Friday declared a suspect in the case by the national antigraft body.

The announcement is expected to end Anas’s resistance against President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s attempts to remove him from the party.
Johan Budi, a spokesman for the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), said that the agency had found two pieces of solid evidence to allow them to declare Anas a suspect for receiving kickbacks in connection to the project during his time as a legislator.

“A.U. was charged with accepting a bribe under Article 12 of the 1999 Anti-Corruption Law,” Johan told a televised press conference on Friday night, referring to Anas by his initials.

Anas faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison if convicted in the case. The minimum sentence for the charge is four years in prison.

Anas’s status as a suspect could immediately end his political career as Yudhoyono, the chief patron of the ruling party, can now use it as a pretext to remove him from the party after failing do so in the last several months. Anas’s alleged involvement in the graft case has been cited by analysts as the main cause behind the party’s slump in popularity.

In a recent press conference while he was abroad, Yudhoyono called on the KPK to quickly decide on Anas’s status, with observers noting that the president could not move directly to oust him because of the wide support Anas enjoys from party members at the regional level.

Under Yudhoyono’s pressure, Anas, together with other members of the Democratic Party, last week signed a written statement that they would resign immediately if any of them was named a suspect by the KPK.

Within minutes of the KPK announcement, senior Democratic Party politicians demanded that Anas resign from his post as the party chairman.

Marzuki Alie, the speaker of the House of Representatives, said that all Democrats agreed that suspects could not serve as officials in the party.

“Yes, he should resign based on what he signed. The board of patrons will decide on this immediately,” Marzuki said.

Max Sopacua, a Democrat deputy chairman, said that after Anas was named a suspect, the board of patrons would take over and decide whether the party would hold an extraordinary congress to chose a new chairman, or just to appoint an acting chairman to run the party.

Muhammad Nazaruddin, a graft convict and former Democrat treasurer, has repeatedly accused Anas of taking Rp 100 billion in kickbacks to rig the awarding of the Hambalang contract. The money was allegedly used by Anas to bribe party members to vote for him as chairman in 2010.

Anas is the second senior Democrat named a suspect in the Hambalang case after Andi Mallarangeng, a close Yudhoyono protege, who was charged in December. Andi promptly resigned as sports minister in the wake of being named a suspect.
